You did well to capture a sense of who each person is in every picture. I also really liked the Matt & Melissa series. Potrei dirti che sono delle foto incantevoli, scattate da una mano sapiente e da un animo votato alla sensibilità, ma, non mi sentirei del tutto soddisfatta dicendoti ciò. Se pensi di conoscermi, puoi anche immaginare che i miei occhi sono andati al di là delle immagini e dei colori e delle luci di cui le tue foto si animano e vivono. Ho cercato di carpire il battito del tuo cuore emozionato dinanzi a siffatta bellezza divina, ovvero il Creato. È difficile realizzare il fatto che esistano luoghi del genere. Sembrano surreali, dotati di tanta, troppa sconfinata beltà. Vorrei sapere se le tue foto sono nate dal silenzio o se, al contrario, non sei riuscito a trattenere i tuoi sentimenti ed allora gli hai dato voce nel momento del piccolo miracolo, del quale puoi definirti l'artefice, ossia portare in visione a persone come me, quella parte del globo che forse e dico forse, rimarrà per sempre in ombra. | From: Todd Murchison Hi Gaetano! Your photos are beautiful!!!! They are an excellent study in light and composition. Your trip to the Southwest will be a great chance for you to shoot more subjects using that incredible light that is in the southwest. I was in the California desert last spring, and the light there is just incredible!!! Be prepared for the heat though (it's a dry heat, so light cotton clothing will be just fine).
